For those hill country dwellers who still dont know, there is finally a brewpub in San Marcos! We are brewing belgian style ales, bottled, corked, and aged 3 months. Following the style as close as possible, using belgian yeast, european malts, and noble hops, with a local touch coming from the unfiltered waters of edwards aquifer.

We are located in The Root Cellar Cafe, 215 N. LBJ Dr in San Marcos 78666,
check the website to make sure we're open if you're gonna drive out here.

If you make it here this week or next, you can get you hands on out QUAD:Mark of the Yeast 78666, a 10% superale from the days of grog. a beer lovers must drink.

see you soon.

Subtle is too confusing. Subtle only has it's place for aroma, flavor, and insult. Anyplace else, you lose. -GilaMinumBeer

Ginger, how long should I boil these crab legs for? I want them to fall off the bone just like Texas pork ribs. - Ace Club
