Default Abbey Vs Trappist

Im gonna make a dubbel in 2 weeks.. I have both... which to use?

I collect magnetic bottle openers... so if you see something nice......

Trappist if you want more fruit notes and abbey if you want less. I like the trappist but both are good for the style
