I just ordered his 15 gallon brew kettle and was looking for a hop filter of some sort. Looking forward to seeing what he has in store for us.

huh, wonder how the hell that thing works. I really hope its not just a glorified hop bag

So is this suppose to somehow connect to the diptube? Maybe it does connect to the diptube horizontally and the hook on it, and the hook supports it from the bottom. Just a guess. I have no clue.

Doesn't look that big either. Wonder what that hook is for? Surely not to hang on the side.

Ah. Like a filter. Mmmmm. I think it is considered a filter so maybe you throw your..... oh I got it.....maybe it is connected outside and you run your wort thru that?
