I'm from south louisiana. Sugarcane country.
Has anyone brewd or has an idea of how to brew a beer using sugar cane or molassas?

I brew a pretty tasty porter that inclides molasses (4oz blackstrap for a 5 gal batch).

The recipe is on here (check my recipes, it's called Holy Grail).
