Is it possible to make a decent wheat beer with extract? I'm not at the All-grain level yet, but I'd like to give it a try.

Thoughts? Recipes?

M&F Wheat DME - 55%wheat/45%barley. If you're making a hefeweizen, just add hops and yeast and you've got some pretty good beer.

Primary: patiently waiting
Secondary: empty, DOPE!
Bottled but green: it's all drinkable!
On tap & enjoying: Honey Wheat; Cheese's Caramel Cream Ale
Gone with a belch: Bock Talkit; Three Kings Better Bitter; Quake & Bake Oatmeal Stout; High Altitude Pale Ale
On deck: Garbage Pale Ale; Honey Wheat
