I purchased a freezer conversion from the Chicompany and was not happy with its performance, namely the sloppy control knob. I wrote and email to the company inquiring about a possible return/exchange. Matt wrote me back within the 24 hours stated on the site AND sent out a replacement unit free of charge with a return label so I could send my old one back.
Holy Sh*t.....What customer service! I didn't even request it and he did it.
It is hard to find companies that really give a hoot about the customer anymore. Just wanted to share it with you guys.
