Where did you get 1.048 for the OG? I'm getting 1.039...and how did you calculate the IBU? I can't find the specs on the Muntons hopped DME anywhere...

I know this was posted awhile back , but I know of a place. I don't know what shipping from his store. My LHBS HomeBrew4Less.com in Chambersburg, PA is a HomeBrew, Wine Maker and Cheese Making Supply Shop has Muntons Hopped DME on thier site it is 5 something a lb. Go to beer ingrediants-Malt Extracts- Dry and to the 4th page and you will see it. If you are still looking I hope it helps.

I would like to thank you for your response, like I said, new to the hobby and loving it, grateful for all the help I can get.

I'm wanting to make this but I can't find hopped DME. I'm getting confused on the hop schedule with unhopped DME. Can someone explain?
