Here's my attempt to replicate Santa Fe Brewing Company's APA, based on info from their website. What do you think?
10.0 lbs. American 2-row
1 lb. Carastan
6 oz. Crystal 80
1 oz. Galena hops (60 FWH)
1 oz. Crystal hops (30 minutes)
0.5 oz. Willamette hops (0 minutes)
0.5 oz. Cascade hops (0 minutes)
Wyeast Pacman or American Ale yeast
Intending a single infusion mash at 152F.
The company's website calls for Cluster hops, but I've got a pound of Galena to use up. Any feedback would be appreciated.
Can't fault the recipe. I'd use Pacman if possible, for a drier finish.
