Default CO2 Regulator Leak

I've got a dual body regulator from Draught Technologies. On the second regulator, there is air coming out of the little hole on the body (or cover). I've taken the cover off, reseated the gasket and put back together. Unfortunately, no luck - still leaks through the hole.

Do I just need to replace the gasket, or is there a bigger issue here?

It is more than likely a defective diaphragm. Yes you should be able to replace the diaphragm.
