Default 4 year old Iodophor

I found a half bottle of Iodophor in my basement. It is about 4 to 5 years old. Anybody know if this stuff goes bad or any reason why I should not use it to sanitize equipment?

As long as it has its color, it should be fine.

How about ten years, I have some quat and iodopher from the mid 90's. Been using the quat for the past year with no problems, prefer to use this as it does not stain everything.
