Trying a small batch of half apple and half pineapple cider. I'll post back with results. I didn't take any gravity readings.

You may want to back sweeten it if it ferments out too dry. Every time I used pineapple it was a mouth kicking dryness.

In Primary: Belgium Chimay clones.
In Secondary: Braggot, pale ale, end of the world white.
Conditioning: Mead, Cider, braggot, Belgium Wheat.
On Tap: Clones, Chimay Blue, Red, Porter, malted cider.
Bottles: Far, far, too many to list.
