Default my brewery name?

I need help picking a brewery name (I hope no one else already has something like this).
It's going to be a sort of play on words with smart-ass. I'm going to call it ____ Donkey Brewing Co. but I'm not sure what synonym of smart I was going to use. Here is what I have:
clever donkey
wise donkey
shrewd donkey
sharp donkey
bright donkey

and using an alternative definition for smart I got:
dapper donkey

What do you think?

This has nothing to do with your smart donkey concept but I can't get

Badonk-a-Donkey

out of my head.

How about Keen Donkey?

Shrewd is good, but I'd call it Shrewd Mule.

i like Shrewd Mule and Dapper Donkey...although i never thought of 'dapper' meaning smart. i thought it meant like 'snappy dresser'

the alliteration (or whatever other literary devices) tend to be more memorable.

i gave it a shot, but im too stupid to think of any on my own

You're right, smart can also refer to style so dapper would be a synonym for that definition of smart. I like dapper too for the same reason but it kind of loses the smart-ass reference when you use an alternate definition of smart.

I vote dapper donkey.
It still parallels to "wise ass" in my mind.
