Default Water Adjustments and pH?

I am in the process of getting my water analysis done so I can make adjustments using TH's spreadsheet. If I make adjustments correctly should my pH land in the correct range or is this independent of mineral content?

Yes to the first question. pH is dependent on mineral content and the grain bill you use.
