Default simcoe with willamette

Brewing a Brewers best American cream ale kit (this will be the third time using this kit - Its the GF's Fav)
and I've got an ounce of Simcoe hops left over from a DFH 90 minute clone that I brewed a few weeks ago.

I have never used simcoe in conjunction with Willamette hops...(I'd be using the Simcoe as flavoring\aroma and willamette for bittering

what do you think>?...just trying to screw up a good recipe

1 oz willamette 60 min
.5 oz Simcoe 20 min
.25 oz Simcoe 5 min

shows as a pretty balanced hop\malt ratio according to beer calculus

It'll turn out fine. You're not going to get much flavor out of the willamette, so I'd say toss those delicious simcoes in.

Another HERMS rig...
