When everybody say fruit extract, is it just the kind at the grocery store or is there some type of special homebrew extract? i dont want to use grocery extract, add sugar and end up with tons of bombs if the grocery kind has sugar or something.

its the same extract at the store. if you are worried look at the ingredient label on the bottle. be warned some extracts are stronger than others so you are going to have to experiment to see how much to add.
