Default All-Grain - Fancy Abbey

Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: Belgian W1214
Yeast Starter: Yes
Batch Size (Gallons): 11
Original Gravity: 1.052
Final Gravity: 1.014
IBU: 21
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 11
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 2 @ 68F
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 2 @ 66F
Tasting Notes: Belgian sweetness with a crisp finish. Excellent beer for summer nights

Pardon the "pretty" glass, I just thought it looked cool!

Grain
63% 15.00 lbs Pale Malt 2-Row (US) 1.036
17% 4.00 lbs Crystal 20L 1.035
2% .50 lbs Flaked Wheat 1.035
10% 1.5 lbs Belgian Candi Sugar (Clear) 1.036
8% 2.00 Caramel Wheat Malt 1.035

Hops

2oz. Cascade Pellets 6%AA (60min) 20 IBU
2oz. Saaz Pellets 4%AA (1min) 1 IBU

Single Infusion/Batch Sparge 7 gallons @ 153 for 60 minutes.

Although I usually keg beer, I enjoy this one in a very chilled bomber.

Enjoy!
