Dues Brut de Flanders. I bought it because I'd never seen a $40 bottle of beer.

This really is the champagne of beers. Brewed in Belgium then shipped to France for a second fermentation in the bottle with champagne yeast.

Just as bubbly as champagne but with a very complex taste which demands that you slow down and enjoy it.

I don't know if it was the best beer I've ever had, but I've spent more on a bottle of champagne that I enjoyed less.

i've spent $10 a bottle for Trappist Rochefort 8 & 10. 10 is one of the best beers i've ever had. i spend anywhere from $7-$10 a bottle for Dogfish Head World Wide Stout. i love that beer. i regularly spend $12-$15 for big bottles of Captain Lawrence specialties.

I paid $15.00 for a shot of Utopias last year. It was good but not all that exceptional, IMO. I guess I was just expecting more from it.

Holy crap. It's $12 at our store. I think 2008 or 2007 are still on our shelves, hah.

Old Rasputin 12th Anniversary, $19.99 500ml. I really enjoyed it, but not worth another $20, except maybe to cellar.

I must be cheap, really wanted to pick up a bottle of Southern Tiers Iniquity Imperial Pale ale or the Unearthly Imperial IPA......but at $6.99 a bottle (22oz), I just couldnt do it.

Ended up picking up a sixer of Founders IPA for just a little over that price.

Double Dead Guy $9.98 for the bomber. It was worth every penny. Its my go to beer when the home brew runs out.
