Does any know how to make caramel pils malt? I am assuming you just toast some pils for a while, but I don't know for how long or at what temperature. Can anyone point me in the right direction here. My LHBS doesn't have it and shipping to Hawaii is freakin' expensive. Thanks.

Try Google. I know someone in Australia has it posted because they have trouble getting different malts.
