Default AHS American Barleywine

After a month in primary, I racked my AHS American Barleywine to secondary yesterday for further bulk aging. It. Tasted. Awesome. Beyond awesome.
Buy it. Brew it. You wont be disappointed.
...except for the waiting part!!

Nice! I've looked at that before. It's funny to see a items from a home brew shop that is local to me posted all over a forum. Congrats on the beer. How long is the conditioning period for it?

I've had barley wine that's hoppy, some sweet. How would you describe this one?

Thanks.

I would say that's it's hop forward, but with slight, residual sweetness. Sweet barleywines aren't my bag, at all! All I can do is say, yet again, AHS American Barleywine-buy it, brew it!! You wont be disappointed!!
I have sampled Bigfoot 2010, and alls I gots to say is lookout!! Hanks Brrrrleywine may got you beat...(it was freakin' 22* here in SC when I brewed it-brrrrrr!).
