Some time ago, someone awesome posted a conversion for brewing salts by weight to volume. My scale is not accurate with very light amounts, so I REALLY could use that right about now! (As the mash water heats up...)

Chalk and Epsom 1/8tsp per gram
Baking Soda and Gypsum 1/4tsp per gram

I don't have CaCl handy.
