I was curious which spring water brand would be the best to use for brewing, I have found three interesting web sites which contain data, one which is limited to only a few brands though. Two of these sites list mineral content and one site lists contaminations found in bottled spring water such as harmful bacteria
, I'm sure that there are other sites as well for a more complete list of brands and their minareal content. etc.
Anyway I was curious of what you all thought might be the better brands and for which beers and for what reasons. since currently I am only brewing with %100 spring water. (Cost is no object at this point for me, maybe later after I have perfected what I'm looking for)
