Hey I was planning on making some of Edworts apfelwein BUT i can't decide if I want to carb it or not. Are there any suggestions?

I prefer carb'd.
Primary - I'm on a break dammit!!!!
Secondary - sold it!

Both are good, but you'll find the consensus here is carbed. I personally prefer it carbed as well. I keg though so when I hook it directly to the tap and carb using the set and forget method, I can still drink a few glasses during that first week before it is fully carbed. It is enjoyable both ways.

The obvious solution is to do both and find out which way you personally enjoy it!
