Default When you don't pay attention and your boiling wort is too green...

So tonight I am going an AHB Bavarian Hefe. I get "everything" out and get started. Wife isn't here to the Maiden is turned up. I steep, I get to a boil I thrown my hops in and after about 30 minutes I notice my wort is really greenish blue.

I then realize I forgot to add the malt like an idiot.

Jesus.

It'll still make beer. Plus, any evening spent with loud Maiden is a pretty good one, right?

I don't think you can weave baskets to Iron Maiden either.

I bet he was getting some great utilization rates from those hops though.
