I would at least check and see if you have a change in gravity. What was your OG, what is the gravity now? I doubt its done anything if you've never seen any Krausen or the like, but you never know, maybe it went heavy one nite and got done? What are the temps, maybe the temps are too low or too high and the yeast got killed or put to sleep? I guess what I'm saying is that your data shows it likely the yeast didn't do its job, and maybe died or something, but w/o some other data, it may be hard to determine why. What kind of yeast did you use? What is the OG of the beer, if its a really big beer and you underpitched, the yeast may have gone into shock too. Lots of possibilities w/ not enough info

I would.

Some relevant questions...

Liquid or dry yeast?

If dry, did you re-hydrate yeast?

What was the approximate initial gravity of the wort?

What was the approximate temperature of the wort when you pitched?

The only necessary question to ask...What is the current gravity?

At this point nothing else really matters, or needs to be known.

The answer you seek lays within your gravity reading.
