I wan't to start paying closer attention to my water profile but I havn't had much luck finding good resorces to learn about how to use all the water additives. Can someone point me in the right direction....Thanks

I have beersmith software and I have my local water report but what I need to know is what levels I should be at for a particular style of beer

I don't care for Beersmith's water tool at all. I really really recommend trying the EZ spreadsheet. I also have 3 videos on youtube specifically about water and using the EZ....
