It stopped bubbeling early today, so just before (9pm) i took a taist.
At first it seems ok, a little green..
But when it gets to the back of my mouth, it gets this sourish taist...like, really icky.
Is that the yeast and go away with age, or is that a problem? There is no visible infection or anything, and everything looks clean. Although, cider is still very cloudy, being it just stopped most the bubbeling.
