I have a fairly new but basic refrigerator that I use simply for storing my homebrew...I want to try a lager that calls for a fermentation temp of 55 degrees for 30 days ( which is perfect right now for my basement ) but then another 30 days at 35 degrees...This mat be a dumb question but can I stick the fermentorright inside the fridge?

As long as the fridge has a consistent temp, go for it. Just make sure that you are constantly opening and closing the fridge, although it probably won't effect the temp that much. Good luck!

Thats how im lagering right now. My fridge usually stays about 38-42, so its pretty much perfect. Its been in there for a month now so I think next weekend I'll bottle it.
