Default Ward Labs - Arg!

have some issues with ward labs. all my fault, really, but this might help some others.

1st, the label isn't a pre-paid label. at least, my post office wasn't having it. $5 to ship, not a big deal.

2nd, do NOT get the "Sterilized Water Bottles". Per their rep:

They are in our Bacteria bottles which have a preservative in them. This will affect the sulfate as the preservative is thio-sulfate. First question is did you rinse the bottles before filling? If you did it will not be a problem we can use the samples. Otherwise I would recommend you sending new samples.
so, now i have to send new samples

looks like i'll have to pop for spring water this weekend....arg....

I ordered the "business reply label" and it was prepaid. It said "No postage necessary if mailed within the United States" on it. They didn't charge me for it ether.
