43 hop varieties and 65 malts? Seriously?

The might be telling the truth...but in reality you can define things a lot of ways...

My clone has far less...I'll let you know how it comes out.

I forgot exactly where I got the recipe, but i thoguht they had talked to the brewer. The clone I had used summit and horizon hops though.

not to derail this thread, but I just went on their brewery tour. Really cool and the samples were at the beginning and plentiful
