Default New recipe using left over hops...

I have some hops left over from the last few batches I've done, so I thought I would use them in a recipe that I made up while playing around on Brewsmith. I would greatly appreciate any comments as to what you think this may taste like. If you have a better suggestion for a recipe that I can use these hops with I am all ears. I am flexible on the yeast and the grains.

This will be an all grain batch that I will use a yeast starter with.

OG - 1.059 (estimated)
FG - 1.014
IBU - 35.2
SRM - 13.4

8.00 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 72.73 %
1.00 lb Amber Malt (22.0 SRM) Grain 9.09 %
1.00 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) Grain 9.09 %
1.00 lb Victory Malt (25.0 SRM) Grain 9.09 %
0.50 oz Cascade [7.40 %] (60 min) Hops 12.7 IBU
0.50 oz Tettnang [3.50 %] (60 min) Hops 6.0 IBU
0.50 oz Cascade [7.40 %] (30 min) Hops 9.7 IBU
0.50 oz Pearle [8.00 %] (15 min) Hops 6.8 IBU
1.00 tsp Irish Moss (Boil 10.0 min) Misc
1 Pkgs American Ale (Wyeast Labs #1056) [Starter 125 ml] Yeast-Ale

Will this taste like crap or will it be beer worth drinking?

Thanks!!!

Seems a bit malty to me (35 IBU for a 1.059 OG). You might consider using the full oz of Cascade for the 60 min boil and adding .5 oz Pearle at 20-30 mins and .5 Tett. at 5 mins or flameout.

Thanks for the tip. I'll plug it into Beersmith and check it out.

By BU:GU and this chart ( http://hopchewer.com/brew/hopsgraph.jpg ) it sounds like you got a pretty basic APA the way you got it. Personally I wouldn't use the tett at 60 mins either, it's kind of a waste.

Edit: Actually, the grains you're using are more tailored for a brown ale, so if you add some more of the victory/amber/C60 instead of pale malt you could do that instead.
