Default All-Grain - Two Cascades IPA

Recipe Type: All Grain    Yeast: Wyeast 1272    Yeast Starter: No    Batch Size (Gallons): 5.2    Original Gravity: 1.069    Final Gravity: 1.017    IBU: 61.2    Boiling Time (Minutes): 60    Color: 13.76    Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 49 days    Tasting Notes: Strange but drinkable. The aroma really pops. Aspirin-like bitter aftertaste.
This was an experiment to see what Argentine Cascades are like, and also my first stovetop all-grain. The result is strange but drinkable. The aroma really pops. In retrospect, I would tone down the Argentine Cascades a bit -- as brewed, the aftertaste can have an almost aspirin-like bitterness.
