Default Cornie Cover MOd

Anyone have any information or details on the process on how to modify a cornie cover to add 2 QD's (liquid and gas)? I have seen them posted on forums here and there but can not find the information needed to actually make one. I have no welding capabilities but was wondering if there were other alternatives?

Any ideas
Dana
