Default Hybrid HLT/BK controller

Let the build start.I have most of the parts. Will be one controller that should be able to control both sides of the brew rig one side at a time unless I can tweak the amps. The rig should be able to operate primary/elec secondary LP. The controls are based off of POL's build.

most the cutting is done on the panel now to repaint and do the assembly. My source for the new kegs has not came through yet so not a big push but I will be ready for them.
