Default would this be useful? (powdered barley/wheat)

I was looking in bulk barn earlier and saw that they had like powdered barley and powdered wheat or something like that. I was wondering if this was at all useful in homebrewing because I am not exactly sure what it is. It looked like DME. any idea if this stuff would be useful?

Prolly not malted so it would need to be mashed.

If it's under a buck a pound, it's probably just flour. Not useful.
