Default What all Brett B beer to make?

I have a packet of Wyeast Brett B. I want to make a beer using just it. I've read up a fair amount on pure Brett ferms. Any suggestions of what to make? I have lots of Dingeman's 2row, pils, and Briess 2-row, and a lot of specialty malts. Also, I will probably want to reuse the yeast cake for another all brett beer and/or a Sacc + Brett beer. Any problems going from all brett to brett + Sacc? I'm just thinking about how Brett behaves differently with Sacc and if it will modify enough that subsequent generations will behave oddly when joined with Sacc. Seems unlikely, but possible.

no to toot my own horn, but I just posted a recipe for a brett b beer I brew all the time, its fairly quick and has nice subtle funk notes with lots of fruitiness

Brett + Sacc will take longer and be funkier. I did a 100% brett B saison that is only slightly funky, was done in about 6 weeks and tastes like Pineapple juice.
