Default Which yeast to get?

I'm want to do two new kits from midwestsupplies.com soon and I didn't know which yeast to get. The two ales are:

Irish Red Ale
Honey Amber Ale

and the choices for both are:

: Dry-Munton's
Wyeast American Ale 1056
WL California Ale 001

Has anyone had any success with these kits and certain kind of yeast? or have any thoughts on the matter?

I have used Wyeast American Ale 1056 in many different styles with uniformly good results.

Regular dry Munton's doesn't have a great rep. Keep in mind that with liquid, you really should make a starter.

Does Midwest let you choose neither, and then buy a differetn dry? Safale 05 is the equivalent of those liquids.

You could also do Safale-05 or Nottingham for either of those if you don't want to do a liquid yeast.

Safale -04 for the Irish and Safale -05 for the Honey Amber.
