Default Squeezing the hop bag?

Just finished my first all grain 2.5 gallon brew and had a question.
I did a BIAB and during the boil I just add the loose hops as I also use Irish moss
in the last 10 minutes. I have been using a paint straining bag to pour into the fermenter which leaves a good amount of liquid in the bag. Is it a good idea to squeeze this into the fermenter or just let it drain till it stops dripping? I usually
have been using a primary and a secondary , approx 2 weeks each
to clear things out.

I'm pretty sure you can squeeze the hop bag to get the wort out of the hops.

Squeezing HOP bag, sure. get all you can.

Squeezing grain bag, however, is a big no-no.
(I did it several times before I learned...and how they improved!)

Thanks ,I wasn't sure if by squeezing I was negating the effect of the Irish Moss.
