Now, hold up pawdner, we haven't heard from Revvy on this yet! Just wait a while before deciding. He's the infection guy! Besides a lambic is infected by intention, not by careless proceedure.

What beer is this? Forgive me for being a creep... but are these from one of Al B's blends? I saw you posting some stuff on one of his Bugfarm threads over on the homebbbrewboard.

Hahahaha, these are pre-bugfarm sours, a Blonde and blueberry.

The one I used the bugfarm on just started and doesn't have a pellicle yet. Gonna do that yearly and stay in gueuze that way.

Bug Farm gueuze is starting to form a nice pellicle now.

how did your tube smell when you pitched it? Mine had a bit of a fecal smell that worried me a bit
