Boiling Time (Minutes): 90   
Color: 42 srm (black)   
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7-9 days (68 degrees)   
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 9-12 days (68 degrees)   
Tasting Notes: Sweet malty taste with a nice bitterness, Chinook hops add a beautiful aroma and tast
