Just for fun, I'm going to try wine this year. I want to make an Pinot Noir. What is a good yeast to use for this style?

I'd use Cuvee or Pasteur Red, personal choice

I ended up going with Assmannshausen which I found is recommend for Pinot Noir, and happens to be a German strain.
