Default Beginning home brewer looking for a recipe

Just finished my first brew, and will begin bottling in a couple weeks. Now i have to start thinking about what i am going to do my second time around. Any recipe suggestions for a novice brewer looking to make a great, but not to complicated beer?

edworts apfelwein, very simple recipe, very addicting. search the sticky for details, its damn good on a hot summer day
primary:15 minute Cascade Pale Ale
Primary 2: Cream of 3 crops
Primary 3: Sam Adams Holiday Porter Clone
bottled:BM's Blue Balls Belgian Wit
