Default Simple and easy question

Is it normal to see co2 bubbles rising from the bottom of the bottle during bottle conditioning?

yes, even during primary fermentation. its probably just a nucleation site.

Yep, I wouldn't worry. The same process is going on in the bottle as what went on in the fermenter, just on a smaller scale.
