Hi Felix-Your yeast is in the mail. I sent you some Montrachet and some Cotes de Blanc. Each packet is enough for a five gallon batch of Apfell Wine.

A year ago I had just started in the wine business and didn't have a clue. Since that time I have bottled some excellent wines and made some really good beers. All of this was possible because of the generosity of HBT'rs with their help and advice.

With postage and three packs of yeast I'm out a little less than five dollars. No big deal. But its-in my mind-a great way to show my appreciation for all the good things that have come my way.

Felix-its now up to you to "pay it forward" when you run across someone your in a position to do something for.
