As the topic says, when do I do my rest? The gravity is at 1.014 and is supposed to have a final gravity of 1.08, when should I do the rest? The krausen is beginning to fall to the bottom and will probably be there tomorrow. Also, this is my plan for after the rest:

Secondary @ 53 for another week, then keg @ 32 for 1-2 months.

Edit: By the way, I tasted it when I did the gravity test and it tastes awesome! Tastes ready to drink to me, but i'll wait

Well, after doing some more reading, I'm going to bring it inside. But i'd still like to hear your responses.
