My friend who started me into brewing began with Lagers. After three batches together, I am gonna go it alone. Of course most of what I read suggests starting with ales, I want to stick with what I have already learned.
Though what I read in forums is helpful, I am looking for a Book on Lagering. Most of the books I have found have only about three pages on Lagering techniques and 600 recipes...
I am looking for something with substantial lager info. Also, my friend uses Krausening for priming. Again, from what I gathered, this too is an advanced technique.
Any suggestions on reading material in these areas are appreciated.
