Default Is a Nylon Bulkhead OK for using in fermenter?

Basically the title says it all. I have a nylon bulkhead reducer between my conical and dump valve. Is Nylon safe in the fermenter?

So there isn't any BPA or other such chemicals in Nylon that would make it unsafe?
