So I aerated a batch of amber holiday ale by pouring back and forth from brew pot to fermentor, but I didnt get the hot break out. Is it going to be really screwed up?

It'll settle out and not cause any problems. No need to worry.

No longer than normal. The hot break settles out pretty quickly.

I have poured the hot break into the fermentor on numerous occasions and the beer turns out clear even when a secondary is not used. However, I am using supermoss (irish moss).
