I really want to get these new Citra hops in. So I modified a Pliny clone recipe as such. Good use of Citra? Thoughts?

How much do you want to taste the Citra? Personally I would swap the ounce of the Citra from 10 minutes with an ouce of the Simcoes at flame-out to maximize the aromatics from it.

Sounds like a tasty beer to me, good luck.

I don't believe that's a good recipe to high lite Citra, don't get me wrong, I have a Pliny clone on tap right now, it's just that recipe has a lot going on hop wise.
The true flavor will no doubt be buried.

I'm planning to do my house IPA and sub all the Centennial with all Citra.

That's what I would do if your looking to get a good idea of the true taste of the hop, if your looking just to use them up, go for it.
