this is why you don't just rack after 1 week.

you HAVE to test the gravity and know that its done based on those readings not changing over 3 days.

Primary: English Mild
On tap: Pale Ale, Lancelot's Wheat, English Brown Ale, Steam Beer, HoovNuts IPA
Bottled: MOAM, Braggot, Raspberry Melomel, Merlot, Apfelwein, Pyment, Sweet mead, Cabernet
