I just bottled my first batch. A Belgian Wheat to be precise.
I had about 4 oz. left over after bottling so I drank it. The taste is there, now with some carbonation I'll be toasting a Merry X-mas and a Ho Ho Ho.
On Deck:
Primary: "Hop Cult" IPA, "Lawnmower" Saison
Bottled:Vanillia Porter
